  • Volunteer in the Thrift House
  • Clothe our school children through Operation School Bell
  • Hand out toys and books to ill children at Dell Children's Medical Center through Toy Cart
  • Take seniors on day excursions through Bus with Us
  • Mentor an ACC scholar
  • Work the back room collecting, sorting and pricing
  • Help administratively by applying your office and computer skills
  • Have fun too, walking the Capitol 10K, playing bridge or Bunko or join the book club
  • Many other opportunities for giving and serving

1 Annual Saturday THRIFT HOUSE shift and placements are not required for members with 8 years of service as a voting member or 1,500 cumulative hours of service.

2 Voting members shall serve one Saturday THRIFT HOUSE shift each fiscal year. Voting members without a regular shift THRIFT HOUSE placement shall serve one additional THRIFT HOUSE shift in addition to one Saturday. 

3 PAL members must be male. Typically, they are spouses of members. 

*New members are assessed a one-time $35 fee to cover the cost of materials, apron, nametag, etc. Once training is complete, fall trainees will pay prorated dues for the remainder of the fiscal year.
